Former Toy Building to get eight more floors

An eight-story addition is planned for Tessler Development’s condo conversion at 1107 Broadway, at 24th Street, the former International Toy Center at Madison Square Park. British architect John Pawson, who designed 50 Gramercy Park North, created the addition plan. Neither the construction timeline nor the marketing plan has been released.
