Publishing heiress Anne Hearst has sold her old apartment, a three-bedroom unit at 203 East 72nd Street between Second and Third avenues, for $1.85 million. Hearst and her husband, writer Jay McInerney, have been living in an East 9th Street penthouse for the past couple of years. And Andre Bishop, the artistic director of Lincoln Center Theater, sold his five-bedroom townhouse in Carnegie Hill for $5.6 million, almost $2 million less than its original asking price of $7.5 million when it went on the market in February.
