Colombia ambassador pays $7.25M for two units in Fifth Avenue building

Claudia Blum, Colombia’s UN ambassador, and her husband paid $3.35 million earlier this month for a co-op at 936 Fifth Avenue. According to deeds, they also paid $3.9 million for the unit next door. The combined co-op will have five bedrooms, two dining rooms, two foyers, a kitchen and pantry, a laundry area and a maid’s room.
