Levine retracts offer to put school at One Brooklyn Bridge Park

, CEO of developer RAL Companies & Affiliates, has withdrawn his offer to set aside
space for a middle school at One Brooklyn Bridge Park in Brooklyn
Heights. Ian Levine, COO and CFO of RAL, said a school is not
allowed within the general project plan for the building. Harry
Kotowitz of the HK Organization and the owner of 205 Water Street,
a building under development in Dumbo, is interested in putting a
middle school on his site.
