The unit with the biggest price cut in Manhattan today is a
two-bedroom, two-bath full-floor unit at 40 Walker Street, between
Church Street and Broadway, according to Streeteasy.com. The second-floor condo price was cut by
$655,000, and it is now on the market for $2.495 million. The unit price is 20 percent lower than its original listing of $3.15 million in August. The building was
