Argo expands with Bronx projects

New York City residential property manager Argo Corporation has taken on its first two Bronx developments, Fordham Hill Oval and the Windsor Apartments. Fordham Hill Oval is a gated community at 1 Fordham Hill Oval, near the Harlem River. The Windsor Apartments is a two-building development at 4705 and 4902 Henry Hudson Parkway. Argo, founded in 1952, manages more than 9,000 units in the New York City area and was also recently awarded contracts for two condominiums in Chelsea, at 231 West 22nd Street and 354-356 West 28th Street.
