The financially struggling Icelandic government is trying to raise
money by selling ambassadorial homes in New York, Washington, London
and Oslo for more than $25 million. In New York, the home of Iceland’s
United Nations ambassador, on Park Avenue at 55th Street, is on the
market for $5.6 million. The four-bedroom unit also has staff and
guest quarters. Kristin Thomas of Star Cities is listing the unit.
