REBNY updates residential Web site

The Real Estate Board of New York
has upgraded its Web site ResidentialNYC.com with new design and search
features. Users can now enter keywords to search for properties and
browse open house schedules. The updated Web site also allows potential
home buyers to compare a property’s price with the average property
price in the area, as well as get real estate market statistics and trends.
The mapping feature on the Web site was enhanced, allowing homebuyers
to view street-level images of a block and neighborhood.
