The unit with the biggest price cut in Manhattan today, according to
Streeteasy.com, is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath co-op unit at 336
Central Park West. The price of apartment 7B was lowered by $300,000,
and it is now on the market for $2.7 million. The apartment is listed
for 10 percent less than its original asking price of $3 million in February. The
