Openings and closings: Xie Xie opens in June, Lucali temporarily closes

On Saturday, Artbook at X, a bookstore focusing on arts and culture, will open a temporary shop at 548 West 22nd Street, near 11th Avenue. Xie Xie, an Asian sandwich shop, plans to open in late June in Hell’s Kitchen, with another location to follow at 32 St. Mark’s Place. In Downtown Brooklyn, Concord Market, at the corner of Tillary and Jay streets, expects to open in June. A bakery is coming to 886 Fulton Street, between Waverly and Washington streets. Grandma Rose’s, an Italian-American restaurant, is opening at 457 Graham Avenue in Greenpoint. Sea Asian has moved to 125 Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn from its former Brooklyn Heights location at 78 Clark Street. Lucali, at 575 Henry Street in Carroll Gardens, is temporarily closed and will reopen May 18. Outside New York City, in Shelter Island, Andre Balazs Sunset Beach will open for the season tomorrow. TRD
