Law firm moves uptown

Law firm Holland & Knight is on the verge of moving uptown to 31 West 52nd Street by subleasing 80,000 square feet from law firm Clifford Chance. Clifford Chance has 380,000 square feet at the building in a lease that extends through May 2024 and has been looking to sublease the 11th, 12th and 13th floors. Clifford Chance has reportedly agreed to sublease the three floors to Holland & Knight for the entire remaining term of the lease. Holland & Knight would be moving out of its 118,910-square-foot offices at 195 Broadway.
