A 14,000-square-foot home in Bridgehampton has seen its price reduced to $15.4 million from $16.9 million, according to Streeteasy.com. The home, at 141 Highland Terrace, first hit the market for $24.5 million three years ago, making today’s price cut 37 percent, before going into foreclosure. Now the eight-bedroom home is owned by a holding company that is hoping to sell the property, Newsday reported. The home, which has a tennis court, pool and wine room, was designed by architect Peter Cook, ex-husband of Christie Brinkley. The Corcoran Group’s Mary Slattery has the listing. TRD
