Is now the time to invest?

Now could be the right time to start reinvesting in property, according to Tim Seneff, president of real estate investment group CNL Financial. Seneff told GlobeSt.com that CNL avoided the urge to buy during the peak pricing years of 2006 and 2007, putting his firm in a good strategic position. “We were fortunate to have sold real estate during that time frame,” Seneff said. Looking forward, he said that he believes 2010 and 2011 will provide more chances for “opportunistic” real estate deals.
