New York City theater fixture Laurence Isaacson has placed his 30 Crosby Street apartment on the market for $7 million, after failing to sell the unit in 2006, when it had a $6.45 million price tag attached to it. The building is a notorious celeb magnet, drawing in stars like Courtney Love and Lenny Kravitz, who also had a bit of difficulty selling his 30 Crosby abode — the rocker underwent seven years of sales attempts before successfully unloading it. Isaacson’s three-bedroom, four-bathroom unit, which includes a 500-bottle wine cave, is listed by the Corcoran Group.
