New condo 15 Roebling hits the market

New condo development 15 Roebling in Williamsburg has hit the market,
according to Brownstoner, after recently receiving its certificate of
occupancy. The 10-unit building currently has six of its units listed
on the market, according to Streeteasy.com, and one already in
contract. Prices range from $525,000 for a two-bedroom unit to $795,000
for a three-bedroom unit. The Corcoran Group’s Barak/Blackburn Group is
