Toll Brothers’ new Murray Hill condo begins move-ins

Buyers have begun moving in at 303 East 33rd Street, the new eco-friendly Murray Hill condominium by Toll Brothers and the Kibel Companies. Closings began last month at the 12-story building, which is registered for LEED certification, recently received financing approval from Fannie Mae and is now over 60 percent sold, the developers said yesterday. Among the 128 condos offered are studios beginning at $575,000, one-bedrooms beginning at $685,000, two-bedrooms beginning at $1.15 million and three-bedrooms beginning at $2.1 million. Many units have private terraces, balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows. Amenities include concierge and valet services, a roof deck with reflecting pool and views of the Empire State Building and the East River, fitness center and children’s playroom. Cantor Pecorella is the exclusive agent. TRD
