Weichert to open new Bay Ridge franchise

Weichert Real Estate Affiliates has opened an independently owned and
operated franchise named Continental Properties at 380 86th Street and Fourth Avenue in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, broker and attorney Steve Abdullah announced.
“We are keenly aware of Brooklyn as a burgeoning
market,” said Martin Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, which has four existing offices in Brooklyn. The
organization, which has over 500 offices nationwide — including 34 in New York state and close to 100 in New Jersey —  announced its first affiliate office in the five boroughs in 2002.
