A new 10-story residential condominium at 139 Skillman Avenue in Williamsburg will launch sales later this month, according to the Developers Group, the new development division of the Real Estate Group NY and the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the project. The FHA-approved elevator building, off of Graham Avenue, is comprised almost entirely of studio and one-bedroom apartments, with many offering views of the Manhattan skyline and private outdoor space, and prices beginning in the low $300,000s. Building amenities include on-site parking and a common terrace, while individual units feature washer-dryer hook-ups, recessed lighting and Liebherr appliances. TRD
