Bronx sees just 200 new condo units in 2010
From the 2011 Data Book: Two hundred new condo units were submitted to begin sales in the Bronx in 2010, up from 152 the year before, but still down dramatically from the 424 units in 2008, when many boom-time projects were still winding their way through the development pipeline. Just three projects, 2017-2021 Morris Avenue, 853 Macy Place and 700 Brook Avenue, are responsible for 86 percent of the new units.
