Several brokers from Prudential Douglas Elliman, Brown Harris Stevens
and the Corcoran Group have joined Town Residential in recent weeks,
Town announced in a statement today.

Town Residential currently has over 230 licensed staff and professionals, according to Wendy
Maitland, managing director of Town Flatiron at 110 Fifth Avenue, who herself left Brown Harris Stevens for Town Residential in 2010.

One of the new hires is Jason Karadus, previously a senior vice
president at Elliman. During his time there, he
worked on high-profile development projects such as 34 Greene Street in
Soho.

Kelly Robinson, previously an agent with Elliman, helped market new
developments such as Union Square Lofts & Flats, 123 Baxter Street and
43-45 East 30th Street. “The most important reason I chose Town was
because they offer more for my clients,” Robinson said. “I also was
drawn by the company’s great energy, which you feel from the moment
you walk into any of their offices.”

New hires from BHS are Paddington Matz, Parnell
O’Connell and Gary Lacy. All were previously senior vice presidents. Matz was
previously named Broker of the Year in BHS’s Tribeca office, where she
received recognition as the office’s Listing Broker of the Year and
Rookie of the Year.

Nancy Lee, previously a vice president at Corcoran, comes to
Town with 12 years of experience in which she has focused
on high-end condominiums, co-op’s and townhouses.

Andrew Heiberger formed Town last December with space for 140 agents.
