Fred Rosenberg deposited the money into his attorney escrow account, but transferred it into his general operating account and used the funds between 2006 and 2008 without the clients’ permission. Rosenberg resigned from his law practice and will be disbarred because he pleaded guilty to a felony. He was charged with second-degree grand larceny by Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore and is due for sentencing June 13. [LoHud.com]
