The 108-unit building, which was built by the LeFraks in the 1960s as an office building and just underwent a residential conversion is 70 percent leased, the Observer said. The tower offers studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms asking between $1,695 and $2,870 per month.

The Contour was the first Queens project for the LeFrak family, one of New York’s pre-eminent real estate clans, in 38 years, the Observer said. [NYO]
