Kenneth Himmel, the head of Related Urban, the mixed-use development division of Related Companies, has sold his Time Warner Center apartment for $13.8 million, the New York Observer reported.

Himmel first listed the three-bedroom, 67th floor spread in 2010 for $15 million, although a year later was asking more than $18 million, the Observer said.

Related Urban developed the mammoth Time Warner Center, which made its debut in 2003. The residential portion of the tower bears the address 25 Columbus Circle.

The buyer of Himmel’s unit was listed in records only as Columbus Skyline LLC, and the price Himmel paid was unclear — the deed only shows a transfer of the unit to Himmel by Related Urban, for $0, the Observer said. [NYO]Guelda Voien
