The Real Deal’s 2013 Data Book is almost here!

The Real Deal‘s 2013 Data Book, a key source for New York City real estate facts and figures, will be released in early February. We’re also releasing a version on our new iPad application. The Data Book gives every real estate broker, developer, owner, investor, appraiser and lawyer deep insight on the market in 2012 and beyond. We look at Manhattan’s new development pipeline and check in on condo projects that have come online since 2010. Also on the residential side, we chronicle the largest Manhattan sales of the year and the most expensive rentals. Plus, we rank the largest residential brokerages in the city and the Hamptons.

On the commercial side, we list the city’s biggest brokerages, including the most active ones for office leasing, retail leasing and building sales. There’s even a look at the year’s biggest office leases. Finally, we check in on both the retail and hotel markets.
