It’s “Coming Around Again,” so to speak. Famed Grammy-winning singer and songwriter Carly Simon has re-listed her West Village duplex co-op, the Real Estalker reported. Nick Gavin at the Corcoran Group has the listing for the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with an asking price of $2.5 million.

Simon first listed the unit in June 2008 for $3.9 million. At the time, Simon’s sister, Joanna Simon, had the listing with Fox Residential. By spring 2010, the asking price fell to $2.98 million. As The Real Deal reported in summer 2010, Simon had received an offer for close to that same asking price. However, Simon was on the fence about selling the home.

But in April 2012, Simon re-listed the home with Douglas Elliman’s Raphael De Niro with a $2.8 million ask. Nearly three months later, the asking price slipped to $2.5 million before the listing was taken offline.

Located at 46 Commerce Street near Barrow Street, the home has wide-plank flooring, exposed brick and two wood-burning fireplaces. [Real Estalker]Zachary Kussin
