Vincent Gallo pays $2M for Nouvel condo

Indie film director, writer, musician, actor and model Vincent Gallo has bought a one-bedroom condominium unit at 100 Eleventh Avenue, the New York Observer reported. Gallo purchased the apartment inside the Jean Nouvel-designed property for $2 million.

The one-bedroom unit measures 1,275 square feet, Streeteasy.com shows. Stephen Gutman, Elyse Gutman and Judith Harrison of Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group represented the sellers in the transaction.

The previous owners, Diane Zuckerman and Michael Hite, bought the unit for $2.4 million in 2010 from the developer. They previously rented out the unit for $10,000 monthly.
