The former assembling plant for Ford Model T’s, located at 33-00 Northern Boulevard, hit the market after an extensive renovation by Brooklyn-based Hampshire Properties.

Vacancies include a 38,801-square-foot portion of the fifth floor and a 10,000-square-foot portion of the sixth floor.

“There is undeniable value given the Center Building’s location, space and amenities,” said Newmark’s Howard Kesseler, who along with Jordan Gosin will represent Marquette. “Its high ceilings, fiber optics and full REAP benefits are extremely appealing.” [NYO] —Christopher Cameron
