Bizzi to convert 101 Leonard to condos

Italian developers Bizzi & Partners are building a 66-unit condominium conversion at 101 Leonard Street in Tribeca, BuzzBuzz Home reported. The project is dubbed the Leonard, and will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, as well as penthouse lofts. Prices are not yet available.

The property, originally known as 350 Broadway — an office building — which Bizzi bought in late 2012 for $53 million, as The Real Deal first reported.

Douglas Elliman is marketing the project.

Units at the development will have ceiling heights of 10.5 feet to 18 feet, according to the listing. Building amenities include a roof deck, fitness center and a bicycle room.
