The ex-wife of Rolling Stone founder Jann Wenner is finally offloading her Upper West Side townhouse — more than a year after she decided to offload her husband.

Jane Wenner, who split from Wenner in 1995 but only filed for divorce in 2011, is asking $17.95 million for the home at 37 West 70th Street, according to StreetEasy. Wolf Jakubowski of Brown Harris Stevens has the listing, which came online yesterday.

The Wenners bought the property in 1987 from the estate of fashion designer Perry Ellis. Jann Wenner, who also owns Men’s Journal and US Weekly, sold his interest in the property to his estranged wife in 2010 for $4.06 million.

Since the breakup of his marriage, Wenner has been living with Matt Nye, a model with whom he has three children.

The five-story, 20-foot-wide property, formerly known as the Perry Ellis house, was redesigned on behalf of the Wenners by the late New York-based designer Ward Bennett.

The home has five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and a rear garden. It will begin showing May 20, according to the listing.
