Franklin Place, at 371 Broadway between Franklin and White Streets, is now being worked on after a long stall brought on by the financial crisis and is set to be finished next year, as previously reported by The Real Deal. The Elad Group selected ODA Architecture’s Eran Chen to complete the project.

The property features full-time concierge/doorman, parking, a live-in superintendent, landscaped roof deck with pool and cabanas, gym, children’s playroom, private storage spaces and separate bicycle storage, according to the listing. [Curbed]Mark Maurer
