Oxford inks deal with Regus to give agents shared office space

Agents at the residential brokerage Oxford Property Group are going to have an easier time doing business across the city, thanks to a new agreement with flexible workplace provider the Regus Group, according to an Oxford press release.

Oxford, headquartered at 286 Fifth Avenue, has signed a contract with Regus, granting Oxford personnel access to Regus’ 38 Manhattan business centers.

As part of Regus’ Businessworld Gold program, Oxford agents will have entrée into Regus business lounges and cafes, exclusive discounts on business-related products, meeting rooms, day offices and video communications.

Regus, headquartered in Luxembourg, has been rapidly expanding across Manhattan recently, and has facilities in more than 1,500 locations in 600 cities and 100 countries across the globe. –Julie Strickland
