Architect Jorge Bosch has listed his three-unit Astoria townhouse for $2 million — a hefty pricetag for the affordable nabe.

Bosch purchased the home at 25-92 36th Street back in 2007 for $1.2 million, and has since renovated the property.

The digs come complete with four bedrooms, two baths, a formal dining room, two living rooms and a back patio with stairs that lead down to a yard.

The buliding also has two 1,250-square-foot, two-bedroom rental units on the second and third floors, complete with eat-in kitchens, large closets and a terrace facing the street. Both are on the market for $3,000 per month as rentals. [Curbed] Julie Strickland
