Republican megadonor sells Fifth Avenue co-op

Financier Michael Saperstein, also known for being Bill and Hillary Clinton’s landlord in the Hamptons, Has Sold His Fifth Avenue digs.

Saperstein, a former managing director at Bear Stearns and a Mitt Romney supporter, sold his ninth-floor pad at 912 Fifth Avenue for an unspecified amount to Richard McVey.

The apartment boasts oversized picture windows with views of Central Park, eight rooms, a formal dining room, eat-in chef’s kitchen and a home gym. The co-op was on the market for 332 days and listed by Brown Harris Stevens’ John Burger.
