A newly converted condominium building in Soho is on the market with units selling in the $6.5 million range. The six-story condo at 53 Greene Street is in the Historic Cast Iron District of Soho. It features five full-floor residences, including a duplex penthouse. Brown Harris Stevens is marketing the building.

Fifty-three Greene is a new condo project completed by Berkley Acquisitions this year. Berkley Acquisitions bought the property for $10.8 million in 2011 in an all-cash transaction financed by the Praedium Group. The seller was 8008 Realty Corporation.
