The building at 107 East Broadway will hold 11,000 square foot of office space. Peter Poon Architects, also behind the Hotel Bowery that replaced the Bull’s Head Tavern, has been tapped to design it.

Construction has recently begun and is slated to wrap by next fall, Bowery Boogie reported, citing onsite signage. [Bowery Boogie]Mark Maurer
