SL Green, Magnum’s Williamsburg Social 100 percent leased

Magnum Real Estate Group and SL Green Realty’s Williamsburg Social is fully leased, a spokesperson for the project told The Real Deal exclusively.

The 72-unit rental building at 250 Bedford Avenue came onto the market in late June and offered studios, one- , two- and three-bedroom apartments. Renting for at least $70 per square foot, units were on offer for upwards of $2,488, as previously reported.

The property, for which aptsandlofts is exclusively handling marketing and leasing, also features 7,500 square feet of amenity space with a resident lounge, two courtyards, two common roof decks, bike storage, concierge, a package room and onsite parking. — Julie Strickland
