Fancy being a part of Beyoncé lore? A 13,000-square-foot Lafayette Street townhouse where the superstar diva filmed the video for her 2009 hit “Halo” is now on the market for $80,000 per month.

The home at 214 Lafayette Street is located inside what was once one of the city’s original power stations. It boasts a swimming pool visible from the dining room and is also featured in John Mayer’s “Who Says” video, according to the New York Post.
