Comedian Seth Meyers picks up West Village pad

Former “Saturday Night Live” funnyman Seth Meyers and wife Alexi Ashe have plunked down $3.5 million for a condominium in the West Village.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 302 West 12th Street at Eighth Avenue is approximately 994 square feet, with hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace and renovated windowed kitchen, the Real Estalker blog reported.
