Fashion brand DSquared2 inks lease for Soho store
Designer Dsquared2 Has Inked A Lease For A Store On Spring Street in Soho. DSquared2 will set up in a 2,200-square-foot space at 402 West Broadway.
The site was previously home to Origins and Links of London, which were combined into a single three-level space. Ground-floor asking rents were $750 per square foot, the New York Post reported.
Sinvin Real Estate’s Christopher Owles, Randy Kornblatt and Trisha Etienne represented the landlord, according to the Post. The newspaper did not include a broker for DSquared2.
Canadian-born twins Dean and Dan Catan are behind the hip brand, and DSquared2’s clothes have been worn by the likes of singer Michael Bublé and rapper 50 Cent. [NYP, 4th item] – Hiten Samtani
