Barrymore, who is pregnant with her second child, will move into the pad with beau Will Kopelman, the New York Post reported.

With an asking price of $8.3 million, the unit is one of the building’s pricier homes, and was listed with Roger Erickson of Sotheby’s International Realty. The first floor holds a gallery, living room, dining area, breakfast room and one bedroom, while the top level is home to the three additional bedrooms, a sitting room and a dressing room, the Post said.
