Penthouse at Tribeca’s 11 North Moore asks $40M

A penthouse at VE Equities’ 11 North Moore condominium in Tribeca has hit the market asking $40 million. The 7,061-square-foot apartment boasts a private rooftop pool and 3,168 square feet of private outdoor space.

The Morris Adjmi and Aldo Andreoli-designed building currently has seven active listings — ranging in price from $4.4 million to $12.75 million — as well as nine units currently in contract, according to StreetEasy, Curbed noted. Building amenities include a doorman, private parking, stroller and bike storage, a gym and garden.

Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund, who also stars on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York,” launched sales at the building using the photo-sharing app Instagram, as Luxury Listings NYC reported. Eklund is marketing the building with colleague John Gomes. [Curbed] – Hiten Samtani
