Aiming for artsy buyers, 560 West 24th St. launches sales

 Adam Gordon and Tavros Development’s limestone-clad, 11-story condo tower at 560 West 24th Street has officially launched sales.

Douglas Elliman will market the building’s six full-floor units and two duplex penthouses. Pricing will start at $7.25 million for a 3,217-square-foot four-bedroom and run to $18 million for a 4,596-square-foot penthouse, according to BuzzBuzzHome.

Steven Harris designed the building with art collectors in mind, including amenities such as a 4,900-square-foot gallery, bronze window casements and balustrades, wood-burning fireplaces and Calacatta gold marble master bathrooms.
