Sotheby’s International Realty handles sales for the relatively new 12-story condo conversion near Lexington Avenue. It has two- to-four-bedroom units ranging from 1,300 square feet to 3,600 square feet. Sales launched about one year ago; asking prices at remaining units range from $3.6 million to $15 million, according to StreetEasy.
