High-end fashion company renews at 423 West 55th Street

The Winter Organization’s 423 West 55th Street re-signed their long-term tenant, high-end fashion company, Carlisle Etcetera, which specializes in suits and couture dresses.

The tenant renewed the lease for its 65,000-square-foot space – 10 more years for the third- and fifth- floor offices and five years for the ground-floor retail. Asking rents at the 320,000-square-foot building are in the high $30s per square foot, Real Estate Weekly reported. The Winter Organization’s Robert Fink represented the landlord in-house, while Cushman & Wakefield brokers Emily Weber, David Rosenbloom and Richard Nocom represented Carlisle Etcetera LLC.

In June, Planet Fitness took a 29,500-square-foot space at the Midtown West building, as previously reported. The Related Companies, Sonar Entertainment and Viacom are also tenants. [REW] — Mark Maurer
