Leasing begins at the Icon 52 in Queens

A Queens luxury rental project known as the Icon 52 has started leasing its 66 units.

Apartments at 52-05 Queens Boulevard in Woodside currently on the market include an 815-square-foot two-bedroom asking $2,350 per month; a 644-square-foot one-bedroom asking $1,750 per month; and a 440-square-foot studio asking $1,500 per month. Modern Spaces Real Estate is handling marketing and leasing. The listings peg the property as “affordable luxury.”
