Priciest, cheapest listings to hit the market this week

The priciest pad to hit the Manhattan market this week is a high-floor $35 million condominium at 25 Columbus Circle in the Time Warner Center in Lincoln Square.
The three-bedroom, 3,491-square-foot duplex is 70 stories above the southeast corner of Central Park and boasts a custom sound system, automatic solar shades, and transitional glass in the bathrooms that can be shaded for privacy. Barbara Hochhauser of the Corcoran Group has the listing.
The second most expensive home for sale this week is a $29.9 million townhouse at 247 Central Park West on the Upper West Side. At 12,000 square feet, the five-bedroom, six-story home faces Central Park and features a multi-level home theatre and a 60-foot swimming pool. The six-story residence was once the home of the developer William Noble, who built the whole row of townhouses in 1887. Matthew Lesser and Richard Pretsfelder with Leslie J. Garfield have the listing.
The third priciest residence to hit the market is a $19.9 million townhouse in Carnegie Hill. The 15-room, 6,800-square-foot home, listed at Corcoran by Leighton Candler and Jennifer Garabedian, was recently restored to its 1800s glory. The townhouse features five floors of living space, a wine cellar, an electrical backup generator and surround sound throughout.
The cheapest Manhattan listing to hit the market this week was a $160,000 studio co-op at 482 West 150th Street in Hamilton Heights. The recently renovated unit boasts hardwood floors and is proximate to numerous subway lines. The sale is restricted to low-income buyers. Douglas Elliman’s Bill Pfaff has the listing.
Second on the inexpensive end is a $200,000 two-bedroom co-op at 416 West 129th Street in West Harlem. The “spacious” pad has a southern view of the Manhattan skyline, a washer and dryer, separate kitchen and access to the building’s gym. Income restrictions apply here as well. Third cheapest spot to hit the market this week is a $259,000 studio co-op in Yorkville at 415 East 80th Street.
