The Academy Award winner, star of “The Piano” and “Broadcast News,” acquired it from Julia Roberts, a fellow Oscar recipient, for $4.1 million at the time, Curbed reported. The co-op unit in the 11-story building at 43 Fifth Avenue, near East 11th Street, features a fireplace, some stained glass and three bathrooms. The 3,000-square-foot space can be converted into a five-bedroom.

Douglas Elliman brokers Jan Hashey and Steve Halprin have the listing. [Curbed]Mark Maurer
