Ann Taylor LOFT to open Columbus Square shop

 Ann Taylor LOFT plans to open a new location in Columbus Square this summer, sources say.

The women’s clothing chain will occupy the 4,231-square-foot space next to a new Bareburger and Yogurtland on the ground floor of 795 Columbus Avenue at West 98th Street, Michelle Loeb of Winick Realty Group, who brokered the deal, told DNAinfo.

“As the retail component at Columbus Square has been filling up, we are finding more female-oriented tenants expressing interest in the project,” said Winick broker Kelly Gedinsky.
