The penthouse at the newly converted Soho condominium building, 53 Greene, hit the market for $14.1 million, according to the developer.

Three of the apartments have entered into contract since Brown Harris Stevens Select launched sales at the site in October. The 3,510-square-foot penthouse features a 2,067-square-foot private rooftop lounge and a fireplace. Prices at the six-story building, developed by AORE Holdings, start at $6.3 million for the other units.

AORE bought the property for $10.8 million in 2011 in an all-cash transaction financed by the Praedium Group. Berkly Acquisitions served as the broker. Residences have private elevator access, walnut flooring, in-unit washer/dryers and open kitchens with marble countertops and single marble slab islands with built-in wine coolers. — Mark Maurer
