Supermodel rented triplex carriage house in late 90s

A fashionable Greenwich Village triplex once home to supermodel Kate Moss is up for grabs as a $19,000-per-month rental.

The 1,800-square-foot carriage house at 112 Waverly Place, accessed via a hallway through another building, boasts private garden space on two levels, a recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms, and an entertaining space with 25-foot ceilings. A few of the property’s touches from the 1800s also remain, including a wood burning fireplace and exposed brick walls.

Kate Moss rented the home, which includes a floating bath with no divider, in the late 1990s while engaged to Johnny Depp, according to Curbed.
